Delivery Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all leather bag orders within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, customers will receive an SMS or email with the tracking number and courier details. Deliveries within the UAE usually take 2–4 working days, while international deliveries may require 5–12 working days depending on the destination and customs clearance. All products are packed securely to protect them from damage during transit. Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct at the time of placing the order. Any delivery delays caused by incorrect information, customer unavailability, or courier restrictions may result in additional charges or rescheduled delivery.
