We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused and undamaged products. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Returns will not be accepted for products that show signs of use, scratches, stains, or any form of damage not caused during shipping. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned. To request a return, customers must contact our support team with their order number and photos of the item so we can verify the condition before approving the request. Once approved, the item must be shipped back to us within the specified time.
