Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team. Once confirmed, the refund will be processed to the customer’s original payment method within 5–7 working days. Please note that shipping fees, cash on delivery charges, and international customs fees are non-refundable unless the product received was defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect. If the returned item is found to be used, tampered with, or not matching the approved return condition, the refund may be reduced or declined. Customers will be notified of the final refund decision via email or WhatsApp.
